Looking for Management Trainees
Qualification: (1) Degree of recognized University (2) 2 years full time or 3 years part time Post Graduate Degree in Administration/Management with specialization in HRD/Personnel Management OR Post Graduate Diploma in Business Personnel/Personnel Management/HRD from a recognized University or Institute. (3) Minimum Computer literacy, must be proficient in MS Office.( In case of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Personnel/Personnel Management/HRD, 1 year post qualification experience in Personnel/HR Department in Govt./Semi Govt. or Private Company is necessary.)
Upper age limit : 35 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates belonging to Backward classes.
